Attended the fishing expo in Novi MI this weekend.

Always amazed at the number of people hawking new products that are absolutely essential for doing something people have done for eons, i.e. hunt and fish. I'm not a traditionalist, but I had plenty of fun growing up fishing from a canoe or a 12' rowboat. When I see a $20,000 bass boat, I only think about how much I would have to work (and not fish) to pay for it.
