A women is suing her coworker for pulling her from a car fearing it would catch fire. She was injured and is now suing her rescuer. What does everyone else think?
I could be wrong, but I thought there was a Good Samaritan Law in place that protected anyone that tried to help someone else, in good conscience, without doing any INTENTIONAL harm, doing it to the best of their abilities. Sorry this is such a late reply - I just joined.
