Those parts of Monroe, Niagara and Orleans Counties lying within a continuous line beginning at the point where the northerly extension of Route 269 (County Line Road) contacts the south shore of Lake Ontario at the eastern boundary of Golden Hill State Park; thence southerly along the extension of Route 269 and Route 269 (County Line Road) to Route 104 at Jeddo; thence westerly along Route 104 to Niagara County Route 271 (Stone Road); thence southerly along Niagara County Route 271 to Route 31E at Middleport; thence southerly along Route 31E to Route 31 (Maple Ridge Road); thence easterly along Route 31 to Route 31A at Medina; thence easterly along Route 31A to Route 31 near Brockport; thence easterly along Route 31 to Manitou Road south of West Greece; thence northerly along Manitou Road to Route 261 (still Manitou Road); thence northerly and northeasterly along Route 261 (Manitou and Manitou Beach Roads) to its end; thence southerly along Manitou Beach Road to its end near the Lake Ontario shoreline; thence easterly from the southern tip of Manitou Beach Road to the south shore of Lake Ontario at Manitou Beach; thence westerly along the south shore of Lake Ontario to the point of beginning.
